Bruce  Pearson is a partner at the Law Firm of Styskal, Wiese & Melchione.  Bruce’s representation of the firm’s credit union clients focuses on corporate governance, fiduciary responsibilities, credit union regulatory examination matters, real estate related issues, and negotiable instruments laws.  Mr. Pearson’s past credit union work experience provides the firm’s clients with a valuable “in the trenches” perspective.

Karen White is an associate at the Law Firm of Styskal, Wiese & Melchione.  Karen’s representation of the firm’s credit union clients focuses on contract drafting and negotiation, developing litigation strategy, analyzing insurance coverage issues, and regulatory compliance.   Prior to joining Styskal, Wiese & Melchione, Karen was a litigator at Sedwick, Detert, Moran & Arnold in Los Angeles, CA where she specialized in defending class actions and insurance matters.  Her extensive litigation experience has proven valuable to Styskal, Wiese & Melchione’s clients.
